Before and After School Program - Before School Care 2025-2026
We accept children from K - 6th grade (or ages 5 - 12). Games and activities will be provided with as much activity taking place outdoors as weather allows. This is a time for kids to socialize, play games, try new sports, and have fun. Kids will enjoy crafts, our Town's unique wooden playground, activities and more. Please pack a water bottle with your child every day that they are planning on attending the program. ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 12:00PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE YOUR CHILD NEEDS CARE. We meet weekly in the Town Hall Gym.While this is a free program, we ask that you complete the one time registration online and check in at the Recreation Office each week.Children must remove shoes upon entering the gym play area. Please ensure they have socks, preferably ones with grips on the bottom to avoid slipping.Please note that this is not a drop off program and parent supervision is required at all times. Please be respectful of all of our toys and equipment and clean up whatever your child uses.This program does not occur on most holidays or during school breaks.

Archery - Archery Level 1
Each week learn archery basics such as range & bow safety, equipment, form, shot execution, and scoring in this 4 week beginner archery program. This is an introductory archery course and requires no prior archery experience.
We will be using an indoor range with limited space so please register soon to guarantee your child's space. There are only 6 spots for participants per session. If the program is full please sign up for the waiting list as we may open additional sessions of the program.Please bring a water bottle.In order to register for the Archery League or Level 2 Program, your child must have completed or currently be enrolled in the Explore Archery Level 1 Program or Archery Camp through Hamlin Recreation prior to the first day of the League. We will continue to offer the Beginner Program throughout the year.All necessary equipment will be provided. Archery - Archery Level 1
Each week learn archery basics such as range & bow safety, equipment, form, shot execution, and scoring in this 4 week beginner archery program. This is an introductory archery course and requires no prior archery experience.
We will be using an indoor range with limited space so please register soon to guarantee your child's space. There are only 6 spots for participants per session. If the program is full please sign up for the waiting list as we may open additional sessions of the program.Please bring a water bottle.In order to register for the Archery League or Level 2 Program, your child must have completed or currently be enrolled in the Explore Archery Level 1 Program or Archery Camp through Hamlin Recreation prior to the first day of the League. We will continue to offer the Beginner Program throughout the year.All necessary equipment will be provided. You are not permitted to bring your own bow to this program due to the introductory level of the course. We will be using Recurve Bows and target point arrows.

Archery - Archery Level 1
Each week learn archery basics such as range & bow safety, equipment, form, shot execution, and scoring in this 4 week beginner archery program. This is an introductory archery course and requires no prior archery experience.
We will be using an indoor range with limited space so please register soon to guarantee your child's space. There are only 6 spots for participants per session. If the program is full please sign up for the waiting list as we may open additional sessions of the program.Please bring a water bottle.In order to register for the Archery League or Level 2 Program, your child must have completed or currently be enrolled in the Explore Archery Level 1 Program or Archery Camp through Hamlin Recreation prior to the first day of the League. We will continue to offer the Beginner Program throughout the year.All necessary equipment will be provided. You are not permitted to bring your own bow to this program due to the introductory level of the course. We will be using Recurve Bows and target point arrows.

Before and After School Program - After School Care 2025-2026
We accept children from K - 6th grade (or ages 5 - 12). Games and activities will be provided with as much activity taking place outdoors as weather allows. This is a time for kids to socialize, play games, try new sports, and have fun. Kids will enjoy crafts, our Town's unique wooden playground, activities and more. Please pack a water bottle with your child every day that they are planning on attending the program. ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 12:00PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE YOUR CHILD NEEDS CARE. REGISTRATION WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FRIDAY - MONDAYUPK STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM SCHOOL. BROCKPORT CENTRAL SCHOOLS DO NOT PROVIDE BUS TRANSPORTATION FOR UPK STUDENTS!UPK STUDENTS MUST BE INDEPENDENT USING THE BATHROOM AND PROVIDE A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN CASE ACCIDENTS OCCUR.Parents may pack an AM or PM snack for their child or bring a small supply of snacks for their child to be kept at the facility. Breakfast and PM snacks are not served in this program.
Hours: Before School - 6:00am – 8:45 am or bus pick-up After School - 2:45 pm or bus drop-off – 6:00 pm No-School Days & School Breaks - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Program includes no-school days (except Labor Day, Thanksgiving days, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, & Juneteenth) and school break camps.ALL CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LUNCHES ON NO-SCHOOL DAYS. THESE MEALS SHOULD REQUIRE NO PREP FROM STAFF.BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL DAILY RATESBefore School - $15 R / $16 NRAfter School - $15 R / $16 NR
WEEKLY rate (5 consecutive weekdays of either AM or PM attendance) $68 R / $70 NRNO-SCHOOL DAYS*Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 pmHalf days $20/day (only school half days!)Daily $40/day DiscountsThere is a 15% multi-child discount available for families with multiple children in the program. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.*NO-SCHOOL DAYS require a minimum of three participants on any specific day to run
Parents are required to:
1) have their child's doctor send us a copy of their latest immunization record2) fill out and submit the attached Authorized Pick-Up Form3) coordinate transportation with the Brockport School District Bus Garage (585) 637-1880
