Hamlin Rec Summer Camp - Hamlin Rec Summer Camp 2025
Hamlin Rec Summer Camp will run June 30th - August 29th Monday-Friday from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. There will be no Camp on July 4th. Every day each camper will need to bring:-Lunch (bagged/boxed - no prep required from staff!)-Water bottle-Snacks-Sneakers (or any other type of closed toe shoe)-Sun Screen-Swimsuit & Towel (and a bag to take home wet items)-Water sandals or flip-flopsA Typical Day at CampDrop-off to 9:00 am: Free choice, games, and socializing9:00 - 9:30 am: A.M. Archery - 2025 Archery Camp
Each week learn archery basics such as range & bow safety, equipment, form, shot execution, and scoring in this 5 week beginner archery program. \The Archery Camp is a hybrid version of our Level 1 and Level 2 Archery Programs. Join us for a fun introduction to target archery in this weeklong program. This is an introductory archery course and requires no prior archery experience.
We will be using an indoor range with limited space so please register soon to guarantee your child's space. There are only 6 spots for participants per session. If the program is full please sign up for the waiting list as we may open additional sessions of the program.Please bring a water bottle.In order to register for the Archery League or Level 2 Program, your child must have completed or currently be enrolled in the Explore Archery Level 1 Program or Archery Camp through Hamlin Recreation prior to the first day of the League. We will continue to offer the Beginner Program throughout the year.All necessary equipment will be provided. If you would like to have your child attend one of the field trips listed above and you do not need a full day of care you may register for these options. Transportation will be provided, you will need to pack your child a lunch if you select these options. We will spend these water days either at Hamlin Beach Park, or at the Town Park with our giant inflatable slip and slide. Art Camp - 2025 Art Camp
Hamlin Rec is hosting a weeklong Art Camp this Summer. Each day we will learn a different art form, medium, and artist. We will participate in a group discussion about the topic and then complete an art project based on what we have learned.We will focus on personal development and expression through art. Some areas of interest will be drawing, painting, clay and more.All materials will be provided for you. This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of The Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.

Hamlin Rec Summer Camp will run June 30th - August 29th Monday-Friday from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. There will be no Camp on July 4th.
