Often called a gentler version of dodgeball, this game emphasizes agility, strategy, and quick reflexes. Players aim to dodge, strike, and eliminate their opponents by hitting them below the knees with a soft ball—all while staying active, building friendships, and improving coordination. Each week will include skill-building, friendly competitions, and plenty of game time to ensure everyone gets a chance to play and grow.
