To provide accessible, affordable, and quality leisure programs, activities, services, and facilities to all residents and to actively inform and educate residents about the role of the Department. To ensure that all programs and facilities are available to the public to participate in regardless of race, gender, income, creed, or other barriers that would preclude participation.
