About your instructor: 
Carrie is a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and meditation guide, and the founder of Radiant You Wellness. Her meditation training is rooted in immersive study in India. She weaves together movement, breathwork, and presence to create classes that support both the body and the nervous system. Her work is rooted in helping you build strength, find balance, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.


Radiant Soul Flow: Hatha Yoga

This class is a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself.
Rooted in Hatha yoga, we will explore foundational postures while gently linking movement with breath, creating a steady, supportive flow. Each class is designed to help you build strength, stability, and awareness without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Together, we’ll weave:
• Beginner-friendly Hatha movement with options for all levels
• Breathwork to support the nervous system and guide each movement
• Grounding moments of meditation to help you reconnect ????
This is not about perfect poses — it’s about learning how to listen to your body and move in a way that feels aligned for you.
This class is ideal for those who are:
• New to yoga or returning after time away
• Looking for a balanced mix of movement and stillness
• Wanting to build confidence, flexibility, and inner awareness
You’ll be supported every step of the way, with space to move at your own pace and honor what your body needs.

Come as you are. Move, breathe, and return to yourself.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props that help you feel supported in your practice. A few mats are available if needed — just reach out to Carrie ahead of time and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Gentle Yoga Flow 

Mondays, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20

Gentle Yoga Flow is a nurturing, inclusive class designed to support every body and every age.
Together, we’ll blend elements of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga with breathwork and meditation, creating a balanced practice of movement, stretch, strength, and stillness.
This class is open to all levels — whether you’re just beginning, returning to your practice, or simply looking for a supportive space to move and reconnect. Thoughtful guidance, props, and modifications are offered throughout so you can honor your body in a way that feels right for you.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, centered, and connected — in mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props that support your practice. A limited number of mats are available if needed — just reach out ahead of time and I’ll have one ready for you.
