2026 Vendor Applications Register View Cart

Please fill out the vendor application for the corresponding event.

Please note that you will be added to a waitlist upon registering. Once you are approved for the event by the Recreation Department you will be moved from the waitlist to the vendor list. You are not approved for the event until you are contacted by the Recreation Department and have been moved from the waitlist.

Any non-profit, or business requesting their application fee to be waived must make a request to the Hamlin Town Board.

Applicable fees are due at the time of registering. Once approved, there are no refunds for vendor events, unless cancelled by the Recreation Department.

If your application is rejected by the Recreation Department you will be issued a refund.
