Christmas cookies
Participants in this cooking class will learn essential skills in the kitchen, including safety, good hygiene, and best practices while they prepare various meals, desserts and more. 

We will also discuss food labels and nutrition while focusing on manners, and setting a table.

The class will meet monthly and will end with a Luncheon or Party using the skills learned throughout the class.

December - Chemistry of Cooking and Baking: Making Cookies

January - Let's Make Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, French Toast

February - Let's Bake a Valentine: Mini Cheesecakes & Cherry Topping

March - Simple Dinners: Goulash or Mac & Cheese

April - Let's Make Minions: Cupcakes

May - Class Choice & Planning a Lunch or Tea Party

June - Luncheon or Party using what we have learned
