This introductory lacrosse program is meant for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse through various skills and drills.

Participants will learn passing, catching, shooting, and cradling through age-appropriate activities. We will also introduce the rules and basic strategies of the game and develop an understanding of the flow and objectives of lacrosse.

Equipment will be provided for participants.
