Group of Female Gymnasts
Hamlin Rec's popular gymnastics program is back!

Participants will learn to use various gymnastics equipment like the balance beam, parallel bars, uneven bars, and vault. Mats will be laid out for focus on floor routines and to develop tumbling skills.

While there is no specific uniform requirement, participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing, bring a pair of socks and a water bottle.

To join the preschool program, your child must be at least 3 years old, able to follow directions and be comfortable without parents being in the same room.

Intermediate gymnasts must be able to do cartwheels, backward rolls, and bridges on their own.

This program typically fills quickly, early registration is advised to guarantee your child's spot. If the program is full please sign up for the wait list as spots may open after the first class.
