Yoga for kids is a great way for children to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance, and flexibility.
And best of all, kids think yoga is fun!
For kids 6 - 10 years old
Kids are expected to arrive and leave the class wearing face coverings, but once in their assigned space, they will participate in the class without wearing the mask.
We also ask that only one parent/guardian accompany the child and to wear a face cover at all times while waiting in the Town Hall hallway during the class.
About our instructor:
"My name is Jessica Bagnes. I have been teaching many genres and levels of dance for the past 15 years, through out the Rochester area. I have devoted much time to teaching Preschool dance, Acro & Musical Theatre. I have worked with children of all ages, as well as teaching beginner through advanced levels. I continue to love it more and, more every year!
